Brian Raines

Outdoor Guide

Brian is an established outdoor guide.  He leads bike tours for several bike tour companies and has led tours for groups large and small from Maine to Florida and as far west as the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. He is also a kayak fishing guide on the Chesapeake Bay in his home state of Maryland.

Joey Sikorski

Joey Sikorski is a lifelong cyclist, community builder, and youth development leader with over 20 years of experience in the bike industry. He currently serves as the Maryland Interscholastic Cycling League (MICL) Director within the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA), where he is passionate about using mountain biking as a tool to build better humans, foster leadership, and create inclusive outdoor spaces for young people. A professional bike mechanic experienced at all levels of the industry, Joey’s background spans hands-on service work, shop and operations management, and large-scale event production, bringing a practical, people-first approach to everything he does. Outside of league work, he enjoys road, gravel, and mountain riding, bikepacking adventures when time allows, and spending time outdoors with his wife and their Labrador, Blake.
